Luxury Ski Chalet in the French Alps

Chalet Bergdol is a luxury 5 bedroom self-catering ski chalet which can sleep up to 12 people. It is located in the Cote d'Arbroz above the village of Essert Romand. The chalet is only a few minutes drive from the ski lifts and pistes of Mont Chery Nord, which links into Les Gets and the Portes du Soliel, the largest ski area in the world . Additionally it is only a 10 minute drive into the centre and skiing of Morzine, which also provides facilities for the all-important apres ski. The Chalet is ideally located to take advantage of all the winter sports facilities of the area as well as providing perfect accommodation for the wealth of summer activities available around Morzine and is only a 30 minute drive from Lake Geneva and Switzerland.

On the ground floor, there is a huge living room furnished with leather sofas. The picture window along one wall affords stunning views over the valley, Montriond and up towards Lindarets. In addition there is a large open plan kitchen, dining area. The newly fitted kitchen is equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave and also has an adjoining utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has a table whichcan comfortably seat 12 people, and opens out onto a balcony that wraps around 3 sides of the chalet. There is an additional seating area in front of a large open fire.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. The sleeping accommodation on this floor consists of the master double bedroom, a large twin bedroom and a further double bedroom. All the rooms benefit from their own balconies. There is also a sofa bed on the mezzanine.

The lower ground floor has 2 further bedrooms. A large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom. There is another bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sauna is also located on this floor.

For the summer, the chalet benefits from a large garden, with swings for the children and a built in B-B-Q for the adults. The balcony also has plenty of space for outdoor dining and there is ample parking for 4 cars (2 spaces under the car port).
