We are able to help you organise a number of services prior to your arrival in resort, to ensure that you maximise the enjoyment of your holiday.

Ski Passes

If you preorder your ski passes, we will have them waiting for you at the chalet on your arrival. It will save you time on your first morning queuing at the ticket office.

To order, just email us with the number of passes required, start date & duration. You can either pay in advance by credit card on Paypal or by cash in resort.

Ski Lessons

We highly recommend Hervé Gaillard, a private ski instructor. Locally born, Hervé speaks fluent English and offers high quality ski coaching for small groups & individuals. For further details see www.reachyourpeak.co.uk or email us with your requirements.

Ski Hire

Ski Mobile are a local friendly ski & snowboard rental service who come to the chalet with their ski shop. No more waiting in line, just relax at the chalet while they equip you with your skis, boots, boards etc. www.ski-mobile.com

Catering

You can book Gerard Dekker, former owner & Maitre d'Hotel of the Hotel New York in Rotterdam, as your private chef/waiter. He will cook a quality 3 course dinner, with matching wines for you in the comfort of your chalet. He can be booked either for one night or the whole duration of your stay. Welcome Packs

If you are arriving into the resort late at night, why don't you order a Welcome Pack of essential items? This will last you until you can get to the supermarket. There are two types to choose from Standard - €23 and Deluxe - €50. Please e-mail us if you would like a welcome pack.

Airport Transfers

'Ski Lifts' will make you transfer from Geneva Airport a stress free one. They operate new 8 seater minibuses that are fully licensed and insured to meet the strict French and Swiss standards, and have ample luggage space to fit 8 peoples' ski holiday luggage. To get a quote, click here.

There are two excellent companies offering a nanny service in and around Morzine. They both have teams of qualified nannies who care for your children in the comfort of your chalet.
